Responsible to create and maintain a real time online presence for the organization to improve web traffic, sales and customer engagement. Must have strong knowledge of multiple social media platforms, digital marketing and engagement analytics including relationship development.
Adheres to all marketing policies and procedures. Follows Kadince ad approval process. Maintain brand and messaging consistency.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations or Business Management is preferred. Work experience in the field of Marketing is a plus. The candidate must have extensive knowledge of, and proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, social media platforms, MCIF and InDesign. Must have ability to utilize customer information databases and create tracking reports. Excellent written and oral communication skills required. Attendance in office during normal business hours (at minimum) may be required in order to effectively coordinate with multiple departments, projects and outside entities.
