  • Overview

    Responsible to create and maintain a real time online presence for the organization to improve web traffic, sales and customer engagement.  Must have strong knowledge of multiple social media platforms, digital marketing and engagement analytics including relationship development. 

    Adheres to all marketing policies and procedures.  Follows Kadince ad approval process. Maintain brand and messaging consistency.  




    Performs any functions necessary, within scope of authority and expertise, to provide the highest level of service and responsiveness to customers.


    Social Media


    • Develop, implement and maintain overall social media strategy with Director of Marketing and advertising agency.


    • Work with Director of Marketing and advertising agency to establish social media KPIs.


    • Develop editorial content/post copy for the Bank’s social media channels.


    • Create and maintain annual posting calendar.


    • Track all social media campaigns.


    • Monitor social media user engagement and suggest content optimization.


    • Responsible for daily monitoring of all comments, replies, reviews, and complaints following social media guidelines and social media policy to mitigate reputational risk.



    Digital and Customer Analytics


    • Responsible for monthly upload and balancing, of MCIF system.


    • Maintains monthly data files for business units reporting and quarterly marketing metrics.


    • Back up to Marketing Production Manager, Marketing Specialist and ad agency with list preparation for direct mail campaigns. Retrieves files, prepares mailing lists, and measures results of mailing campaigns.


    • Responsible for maintaining Bank-wide Onboarding Program lists that are shared by various departments.


    • Responsible for measurement data files of Onboarding Program and Single Service Campaigns via tableau data system.


    • Provides email lists to Marketing Specialist for email marketing and provides tracking results of each campaign.


    • Works collaboratively with advertising agency to ensure media campaign analytics are received monthly for tableau data system.



    Promotional Materials Liaison


    • Coordinates and maintains inventories, distribution, research and recommendations of promotional merchandise ad Pride Wear.


    • Coordinate communications with relationship managers and marketing liaisons to assure effective promotional use.


    • Maintains promotional inventory web portal and day-to-day contact with inventory fulfilment vendor.


    • Provides instruction and procedures for web portal users.




    • Back up admin to website revisions and updates utilizing content management system. Uploads press releases and news stories to website.


    • Assist when needed, with creating Chamber/Sponsorship related program ads, Chamber email blasts, and coordination of promotional materials for Expos and trade shows.




    • Back up for BankSmart emails facilitation.


    • Works with marketing team when needed for branch and corporate event support of Community Relations Event Coordinator.





    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations or Business Management is preferred.  Work experience in the field of Marketing is a plus.  The candidate must have extensive knowledge of, and proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, social media platforms, MCIF and InDesign.  Must have ability to utilize customer information databases and create tracking reports.  Excellent written and oral communication skills required. Attendance in office during normal business hours (at minimum) may be required in order to effectively coordinate with multiple departments, projects and outside entities.
