Responsible for performing various duties to support the Cash Management Department; coordinating work within the department, as well as with other departments; complying with operating policies and procedures established for this position. Reporting pertinent information to the immediate supervisor; responding to inquiries or requests for information.

Responsibilities

Assist with onboarding of cash management services for new and current customers

  • Field calls from customers with issues and resolve (working with operations as necessary)
  • Collect and analyze customer and prospect deposit account statements
  • Cross sell cash management products while assisting in onboarding and customer service
  • Assist with preparing cash management services proposals and presentations
  • Assist with new cash management product/project development
  • Assist with creating and maintaining monthly cash management reports

  • Coordinates specific work tasks with other employees within the department as well as with other departments to ensure the smooth and efficient flow of information

  • Communicates with management and coworkers to integrate goals and activities
  • Cooperates with, participates in, and supports the adherence to all internal policies, procedures, and practices in support of risk management and overall safety and soundness and the Bank’s compliance with all regulatory requirements, e.g. Community Reinvestment Act (CRA), Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Equal Credit Opportunity Act, etc.

INDEPENDENT ACTION:

 

Performs work within established guidelines and according to specific procedures.  Refers problems to immediate supervisor.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, Associates degree required in either Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and commercial/business banking experience.
  • Three (3) years of experience within the financial services industry including sales support within cash management and/or comparable position.

  • Independently 0perate a computer and other office machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, printer and software programs related to the position needed to complete the primary functions.
  • Sit or stand at a workspace and use a computer or other equipment for prolonged periods of time.
  • Meet the work schedule requirements for physically working in the branch during normal business hours to effectively meet business needs.
  • Move office items weighing up to 35 pounds.
