The Commercial Relationship Coordinator is responsible for the operational activities of the Commercial Lending, Business Banking and Cash Management departments. The role is also responsible for supporting the full commercial loan process while continuously developing efficiencies to streamline the process. The Commercial Relationship Coordinator supports the Bank’s mission, values, goals and initiatives.
This will be a hybrid position with a requirement of no less than three (3) days on site in office.
Performs any functions necessary, within scope of authority and expertise, to provide the highest level of service and responsiveness to customers.
OTHER ACCOUNTABILITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
Secondary support for the Commercial Operations Manager as needed.
Participate in meetings, user groups, conferences or on committees as requested
Provide support and assistance to other business lines as necessary, including cash management customer interactions and trainings
Supports the group at business development functions and events as necessary. Assists as needed.
Performs related and unrelated duties as may be required.
SUPERVISORY SCOPE:
None
INDEPENDENT ACTION:
Performs work within established guidelines and according to specific procedures. Refers problems to immediate supervisor.
